There were reports that Holder personally looked at the CDR cases, well here he clammed up at the first question. Considering you now have a Pennsylvania case, the New Mexico case, and the Alabama case, its hardly a secret.
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder came to Albuquerque Friday to discuss anti-drug efforts on the border but declined to talk about federal investigations of Gov. Bill Richardson's administration.
One of those "pay-to-play" probes is looking into the allegations that New Mexico awarded a lucrative state contract to a California financial services company in exchange for contributing $100,000 to Richardson political committees.
"I don't comment on either the existence or non-existence of investigations," Holder said. "When we have something that we are publicly ready to say we will say it."
Alice Martin is prosecuting one of the cases, making the political implications that much greater.
CDR, CTA, Gulf Breeze shadow agencies, Charles LeCroy, they all have one thing in common, GREED and a chunk of corruption.
