What is on the Kang Nam?

This is the North Korean boat that has been shadowed by the United Stated navy and is the first true test case of the UN resolutions passed in reaction to the North's increased belligerence, word is that is banned small arms to the Myanmar Junta in what used to be known as Burma. From the Christan Science Monitor:

N. Korea eager for foreign currency

The Kang Nam is believed to be carrying conventional small arms. In the past, North Korea has sold artillery and rocket launchers to Burma, says Bertil Lintner, a Thailand-based journalist and author of several books on both countries. In 2007, the same vessel docked in Burma and offloaded some heavy equipment, fueling suspicions of weapon systems transfers.

In the past, North Korea has sold its missile technology to Iran, Pakistan, Syria, and other countries, providing it with essential foreign currency. Its deepening ties with Burma has raised fears that it might sell long-range missiles to the regime, which is also pursuing Russian nuclear technology. Russia has agreed to build a nuclear reactor in Burma and has begun training Burmese technicians in Russia.

But that doesn't mean that Burma is about to follow North Korea into the nuclear club, says Mr. Lintner. "My sense is that Russia doesn't really want Burma to go nuclear. The [training] courses are pretty meaningless if they want to use nuclear energy for military purposes."

Thick as thieves, the lunatic Myanmar junta who let tens if not hundreds of thousands of people die last year rather then accept international aid have billions in hard currency courtesy of natural gas resources. The north Koreans lack the resources but have the weapons to sell. Whats worse, they are dealing with North Korea or the fact that Russia is going to build a nuclear power plant in Myanmar?
