You and I seem to be posting a lot about this topic and with the same viewpoint. Happy to see it. I have a lot of Honduran friends who are suffering from this event cooked up by the wannabe mini-Chavez Zelaya as one of my commenters put it. Couldn't have put it any better myself. I am also one of the 46. Kind regards...T.T. Douglas
How is it Zelaya's Coup? WHo has the guns and the military? Why is Chavez a dictator he ws re elected (elected twice) and when he asked in a refferendum vote the people s they wanted a third term president the people voted no and it was left at that. He accepted the vote his term ends in 2013. Thanks God for Chavez. He sold Honduras the oil at an fair price when the rest of the world was going broke and in eonomc freefall. Because of him Honduras was the only prospering latin nation besides Venezuela, doing so well. I am sure this did not please the oligarc's who missed their chane to becme even more wealthy with te outrageously high oil prices. And lastly can anyone say C-I-A. Does it surprise you three weeks after oil lease in Iraq goes to China BP and military back to Iraq that we have uprising to destabilize Honduras and bring down Chavez via Honduras. Please, Honuras world tell Obama to get control of his CIA it is sooo obvious.

He rallied the poor people againts the rich people, He said Viva Cuba, Fidel and Venezuela, He did not listen when the Judiciary and Legislative branches of goberment told him to stop the referendum, he did not listen when different embasadors from different countries told him to wait before returning, why? because he only listen to Chavez! Thanks Venezuela give me a break, Why is the mayor of Caracas in Venezuela not being recognize and is right now in a hunger stride , Why are poor farmers demanding for the land the Venezuelan goberment seized? This is far more than a "military coup" but, unfortunately, petro dollars from Venezuela are trying to buy Zelayas return! and yes I'm from Honduras and I actually know what's happening back there!

This blog is for the 46 percent who supported McCain/Palin and wish to see policies that strengthen this nation are adopted. The focus of this blog will be to illustrate why I was one of the 46 with the eventual goal to restore elected leaders whose vision of reform, prosperity, and freedom will keep this nation strong for us and our posterity. I myself am a family man, an Iraq War veteran, and patriotic American.
