WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Senate committee has subpoenaed the Obama administration for information on last year's mass shooting at the Fort Hood Army base in Texas.
The Obama admin and the DOD are arguing this could compromise the case against Hassan, now the ball will be in the court of Obama who can order a stonewall so the request gets tied up in the courts, or the most transparent administration ever will hand over the documents.
